PRAYER: FOR DELIVERANCE

 Prayer for Deliverance,

from: "THEY SHALL EXPEL DEMONSBy Derek Prince**

1. Personallly affirm your faith in Christ

"Lord Jesus Christ, I believe You are the Son of God and the only way to God- that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again so that I might be forgiven and receive eternal life."

2. Humble yourself:

"I renounce all pride and religious self-righteousness and any dignity that does not come from You.  I have no claim on Your mercy except that You died in my place."

3. Confess any known sin:

"I confess all my sins before You and hold nothing back.  Especially I confess..."[name your sins]

4. Repent of all sins:

"I repent of all my sins. I turn away from them and I turned to you, Lord, for mercy and forgiveness."

5. Forgive all other people:

"By a decision of my will, I freely forgive all who have ever harmed or wronged me.  I lay down all bitterness, all resentment and all hatred. Specifically, I forgive..." [name anyone the Holy Spirit brings to your mind]

6. Break with the occult and all false religion:

"I sever all contact I have ever had with the occult or with all false religion-  particularly.... "I commit myself to get rid of all objects associated with the occult or false religion."

7. Prepare to be released from every curse over your life:

"Lord Jesus, I thank You that on the cross You were made a curse, that I might be redeemed from every curse and inherit God's blessing. On that basis I ask You to release me and set me free to receive the deliverance I need."

8. Take your stand with God:

"I take my stand with You, Lord, against all Satan's demons.  I submit to You, Lord, and I resist the devil. Amen!"

9. Expel:

"Now I speak to any demons that have control over me. [Speak directly to them.]  I command you to go from me now. In the name of Jesus Christ, I spell you by the blood of the Lamb!"

Final Note...

When you feel you're deliverance is complete, or that you have come as far as you can at this time, be sure to kneel down and make Jesus Lord of every area of your life.  Remember the warning of Jesus that if a demon comes back and finds the house empty, he will return and bring others with him. On your own you do not have the strength to keep the demons out.  But if the Lord Jesus has taken up residence within you, you have His help to keep them out. This reminds me of a woman who was consistently victorious in her Christian life. When asked her secret, she said, "Whenever the devil knocks at the door, I just let Jesus answer!" Do not try to fight the demons by yourself. If you feel your deliverance is not yet complete, wait until your strength returns or you feel prompted by the Holy Spirit. Then continue with the process of getting the demons out.

Sometimes at the end of a deliverance service, a person comes up to me and asks, "How do I know if I'm completely free?" Usually I reply, "It's not my job to give you a certificate. If I did, it wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on! The thing that's really important is that you've discovered the reality of demons and how to deal with them. Now you are responsible to deal with them in the same way wherever and whenever you encounter them."

There is, however, one thing of which you might need to be ashamed: if you discover you needed deliverance from demons, but pride kept you from acknowledging your need and being set free.

Dream: May 19, 2022 Dream: Your brother was dead, now alive!

May 19, 2022: Dream...Luke 15:32  It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’ ”

I had a dream [written below] about my boss, Wayne, who was a Christian man, and to give a little background, he became aware of me during a time when I invited my youth pastor, Dan DeHaan, to speak at a devotional our company had every Wednesday morning back in 1973. That Wednesday morning my pastor was held up in Atlanta traffic and asked me to go and see if I could hold them off until he arrived. I did...I walked in just as they were singing the last song before dismissing us. I asked if I could say something just until my youth pastor, Dan Dehaan arrived and they gladly said yes. I got up and said what the Lord placed in my heart. At this time I was working for the Cotton States Insurance part of Gold Kist and had been pondering how we had all types of insurance: homeowners insurance, Insurance for crop failures, life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, automobile insurance, all types of insurance people paid for but hoped they would never need, these were just incase they needed them. I reflected upon Insurance God provided for us, of eternal life through Jesus Christ that was free and considering all would experience this death one day then the judgement, it guaranteed you would have life eternal in Heaven.

This was my message, and while I spoke, I kept my eyes fixed on that door waiting and watching for my pastor Dan to come in. After it was over we went into the breakroom with my pastor who finally arrived, and the CEO of Gold Kist/Cotton States walked up and told my pastor: "Son, I don't know what your message was but I am convinced it could not have surpassed what this lady shared with us.  Dan was given a check for $40 and said this: You know when I arrived I was ready to open the door and go in when the Lord spoke to me and told me not to open that door as she is watching that door, for your arrival and would stop speaking, but I need her to finish her message. That being said, back to my boss Wayne ...

Wayne interviewed me for a secretarial job working for the Gold Kist part of the company and told me he remembered me from that time my pastor did not show up and I spoke. He said they had been having these speakers for 40 years or since it's beginning and had a saying, if your pastor doesn't show up you have to give the message! I was the only one who had actually ever done it, and he said it was the only message he recalled every word I spoke. I was amazed and it got me that promotion.

A few years later, I gave birth to my second daughter Elena and she was born without her left arm, it stopped like an amputation right under left elbow. Before we knew if we had a boy or girl, we knew her hand was missing. My boss Wayne, called me and told me something he never talked about, but felt the time was right to tell me. He related how he had gotten polio as a child and one leg was about 4 or 5 inches shorter then the other. As a child he wore braces [like Forest Gump] and lived on a cattle ranch, in which all hands were needed to work on this farm. Wayne told me his dad would make him do chores with no assistance and never seemed to consider his polio/braces that made things very hard for him. His father, looking back, helped him by doing that, as he grew up not feeling sorry for himself and felt he could do anything he set his mind to. He told me to let this child learn likewise and when she really needs help give it, but to believe in her and never let her see you feel sorry for her over her disability. He said if you believe in her she will too. I never forgot those words from Wayne.

DREAM... [Please note, God only uses people in my dreams as representatives to get the point or message through he needs... Wayne was his choice]

Now... the dream: I dreamt I was at a funeral, the viewing and the casket was opened and I knew it was this boss, Wayne. I did not at all recognize him as he seemed dark, evil, like Vincent Price in old time horror movies, but I knew it was him. I kept staring at him and trying to see the image of the Wayne I knew but could not. He looked like evil in form of a person. I could not accept what I was seeing, I felt Wayne had to be in there somewhere, and took my hands and placed them on his face, got very close to his face and very gently, lovingly spoke: "Wayne, are you in there? Wayne, it's me, Sharron Wright or you may remember me as Sharron Kruse, but look at me Wayne!  Wake up, speak to me as I know you are in there somewhere, wake up Wayne!" I began to notice a slight twitch in his closed eyelids and kept holding his face very affectionately speaking to him, and life began to come back into his face, color began to come back and he opened his eyes as if trying to figure out what was happening.  He was alive, as it were, from the dead!

I want to clarify that I in no way think this dream is saying Wayne was evil, I feel it perhaps was the old Wayne that was once dead and new life came into him, he was once dead but now alive, new creation, old things passed away through Christ. We, the church, can bring dead things back to life through Christ. I also think that people can loose hope and we must encourage others that may be struggling and having doubts, fears, feeling forsaken by God and others, during this time of apostasy and great testing of our faith. Let's be the light and salt God needs us to be during these final days before our departure.

I feel this is for the body of Christ and made me think of the church at Sardis in Revelation, which see below. Also another verse came to mind regarding the prodigal son story, the brother who was dead and now alive... celebrate!   I also recall the church at Laodicean church who was dead, also down below, along with the great commission from Jesus before his ascension.

SCRIPTURES:
GREAT COMMISSION:
MARK 16:14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16“He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
17“And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18“they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Matthew 10:8 NKJV — “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

DEAD CHURCH
Revelation 3: 1 And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.

2“Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God.

3“Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.

4“You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.

5“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

6“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’

LUKE WARM CHURCH:
Revelation 3: 14“And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceansfn write, ‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:
15“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.
16“So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot,fn I will vomit you out of My mouth.
17“Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—
18“I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
19“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
20“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
21“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
22“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’ ”

PRODICAL SON:
Luke 15:11Then He said: “A certain man had two sons.
12“And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood.
13“And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living.
14“But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want.
15“Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
16“And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.
17“But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18‘I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you,
19“and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.” ’
20“And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.
21“And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22“But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet.
23‘And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry;
24‘for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.
25“Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing.
26“So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant.
27“And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’
28“But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him.
29“So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends.
30‘But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’
31“And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.
32‘It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’ ”

Prayer: 2 Chronicles 20 Jehoshaphat Prayer

National Day of Prayer

Thursday, May 5, 2022

I wanted to share this prayer in the Bible from offered by Jehoshaphat, in Chronicles 20 when he was surrounded by enemies, wanting to wipe Israel out.  I think we can benefit from his prayer... see what you think.

5 And Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court,

6 and said, “O LORD, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.

7 Did you not, our God, drive out the inhabitants of this land before your people Israel, and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham your friend?

8 And they have lived in it and have built for you in it a sanctuary for your name, saying,

9‘If disaster comes upon us, the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we will stand before this house and before you—for your name is in this house—and cry out to you in our affliction, and you will hear and save.’

10 And now behold, the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir, whom you would not let Israel invade when they came from the land of Egypt, and whom they avoided and did not destroy—

11 behold, they reward us by coming to drive us out of your possession, which you have given us to inherit.

12 O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.”

13¶Meanwhile all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

14 And the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, son of Benaiah, son of Jeiel, son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly.

15 And he said, “Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the LORD to you, ‘Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God’s.

16 Tomorrow go down against them. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz. You will find them at the end of the valley, east of the wilderness of Jeruel.

17 You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the LORD on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the LORD will be with you.”

18 ¶Then Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell down before the LORD, worshiping the LORD.

19 And the Levites, of the Kohathites and the Korahites, stood up to praise the LORD, the God of Israel, with a very loud voice.

20 ¶And they rose early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. And when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the LORD your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed.”

21 And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the LORD and praise him in holy attire, as they went before the army, and say, “Give thanks to the LORD, for his steadfast love endures forever.”

22 ¶And when they began to sing and praise, the LORD set an ambush against the men of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah, so that they were routed.

23 For the men of Ammon and Moab rose against the inhabitants of Mount Seir, devoting them to destruction, and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they all helped to destroy one another.

24 ¶When Judah came to the watchtower of the wilderness, they looked toward the horde, and behold, there were dead bodies lying on the ground; none had escaped.

25 When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil, they found among them, in great numbers, goods, clothing, and precious things, which they took for themselves until they could carry no more. They were three days in taking the spoil, it was so much.

26 On the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah, for there they blessed the LORD. Therefore the name of that place has been called the Valley of Beracah to this day.

27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the LORD had made them rejoice over their enemies.

28 They came to Jerusalem with harps and lyres and trumpets, to the house of the LORD.

29 And the fear of God came on all the kingdoms of the countries when they heard that the LORD had fought against the enemies of Israel.

30 So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave him rest all around.
